 Do I need a certified electrician or grid approval to install this system?

Absolutely not. All our microinverters (both Anker and Sonnex series) are pre-configured to strictly comply with the German VDE-AR-N 4105 standard, limited to an 800W output (with a 1-click OTA downgrade to 600W available via the App). Equipped with a standard Schuko plug, the system is 100% Plug & Play. The only administrative requirement is a free, 5-minute online registration in the Marktstammdatenregister (MaStR) after your physical setup is complete.

What is the realistic ROI (Payback Period) for a system with storage?

This depends on your local electricity rates and solar yield. Using Germany's average €0.35/kWh as a baseline: A pure solar setup typically pays for itself in 3-4 years, but limits your self-consumption rate to 30-40%. By integrating our modular storage, your self-consumption skyrockets to over 80%.
