Do I need VvE (Homeowners Association) approval to install this?
In most cases, no. Our Sonnex balcony systems are designed as temporary, plug-and-play appliances. Because they require zero drilling and do not alter the building's structure, they generally bypass complex VvE regulations. However, we always recommend double-checking your specific building rules.
I am renting my apartment. Can I take it with me if I move?
Absolutely. The system is 100% landlord-friendly. There is no permanent installation or hardwiring. If you move to a new apartment, you can unmount the panels and pack up the battery in under 15 minutes. It’s an investment that moves with you.
